Delivery Policy
- We offer Free delivery for any order above MVR 1,500 to locations within Male’ and Hulhumale (order shall be placed to Silica Pro Home and/or Silica City Home).
- We offer Free delivery for any order above MVR 500 to locations within H. Dh. Kulhudhuffushi (order shall be placed to Silica Kulhudhufushi).
- Free delivery applies for the first attempt at delivery. If a second or more attempts are required, the customer shall pay for the pickup charges.
- Please note that we require at least one day’s notice for deliveries, we may not be able to deliver on the same day as payment.
- For boat deliveries, items would be delivered next to the boat/ferry. We will not be loading items to boat/ferry. The customer shall ensure availability of space in the boat/ferry.
- For door-step delivery, items would be delivered to the ground floor of the delivery location communicated by the customer.
- The customer or a person assigned by the customer shall check the items to ensure the delivered items are of correct design, quantity and in proper condition.
- We would not be responsible for any issues once the Delivery Note is signed by the customer or a person assigned by the customer.
Returns & Refund Policy
- Returns can be made within 24 hours of the sale along with Tax Invoice and product in original condition and packing.
- Customer can choose other item(s) and the amount paid (including discounts and taxes) will be deducted from the new item(s) chosen.
- If the value of the new item(s) chosen exceeds the amount paid for the returned item(s), the customer shall settle the amount.
- If the value of the new item(s) chosen is below the amount paid for the returned item(s) then we will issue a refund for the amount.
- Refunds can be issued as follows;
- For Cash payments, a refund can be issued in Cash from the respective showroom if the return is made on the same day as the sale.
- For Cash payments made on a previous day(s), a refund can be issued via Bank Transfer within 2 to 3 working days.
- For Bank Transfer, a refund can be issued only via Bank Transfer within 2 to 3 working days.
- For Card payments, a refund can be issued via Bank Transfer after deducting bank charges of 2.5%.
- For Credit Schemes (including but not limited to MIB, MFLC, POLCO, BML EasyPay), refunds would not be issued.
